All financing transactions facilitated through the platform are entered into directly between participating users, including sellers, buyers, financiers, or other entities. AltKred’s role is limited to providing the digital infrastructure that allows such users to connect and exchange information.
AltKred does not provide any assurance regarding the completion of transactions, the availability of financing, or the financial terms agreed between users.
AltKred operates as a private technology marketplace platform. The platform is not a Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) and does not operate under any specific statutory recognition or regulatory framework applicable to such systems.
Users acknowledge that the services provided by AltKred constitute technology facilitation services and not regulated financial services. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their participation in transactions complies with applicable laws and regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AltKred shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes loss of profits, business opportunities, business interruption, loss of data, or financial losses arising from transactions between users.
AltKred shall not be liable for any losses arising from system interruptions, technical errors, delays, or failures attributable to internet infrastructure, third-party technology providers, or financial institutions involved in payment processing.
The platform may integrate or provide access to services operated by third-party technology providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, or other service providers. AltKred does not control and is not responsible for the performance, availability, or practices of such third-party services.
Users acknowledge that interactions with third-party services are subject to the terms and policies of those respective service providers.
AltKred makes reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the platform. However, the platform may experience interruptions due to maintenance, system upgrades, technical failures, cybersecurity incidents, or circumstances beyond AltKred’s control.
